ABOUT
Hodges Family Practice was founded by Drs. Francisco and Beth Hodges in August 1999 with a mission to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to the Asheboro community. As an independently owned and operated practice, they emphasize personalized treatment and participate in Value-based Care through Triad Healthcare Network, an Accountable Care Organization (ACO), to deliver high-quality, cost-effective healthcare. Drs. Hodges chose Asheboro for its strong sense of community and family-oriented atmosphere, making it the perfect place to establish their practice and raise their own family.
Both physicians attended medical school at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, and completed their Family Medicine residency at Riverside Regional Hospital in Newport News, Virginia. Over the years, Hodges Family Practice has grown to include a team of dedicated medical professionals, all committed to improving the health and well-being of patients of all ages, while maintaining a welcoming, small-town feel in their care.

Dr. Beth Hodges, from Ohio, co-founded Hodges Family Practice in 1999. She is Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and serves as a Medical Director for Triad Healthcare Network.

Dr. Francisco Hodges co-founded Hodges Family Practice in 1999. He also serves as a Medical Director for skilled nursing facilities and HealthTeam Advantage, and enjoys watching soccer and collecting comic book art.

Dr. Irma M. Santiago, a Family Medicine specialist, moved to North Carolina in 2018. Fluent in English and Spanish, she focuses on preventive medicine, women’s health, and chronic disease management.
